Service Expectations
Utilize Sedation
The utilization of sedation for an equine dental float has become the industry norm and it is for good reason. Sedation facilitates the best results for your horse and preserves my ability to offer this valued service to you for years to come. I certainly understand for various medical reasons that not all horses' can be sedated and will work with clients on a case-by-case basis. Please, reach out to your veterinarian to request sedation for your horse's next dental float.
***If utilizing Dormosedan oral gel sedation, please await my text message confirming arrival time before administering and follow the included instructions that accompany the dose ***
Appointment time Flexability
The time that goes into providing excellent equine dental care at each appointment can be unpredictable. I do my best to keep all clients informed with the most current scheduling times. I ask that clients remain flexible with appointment times, as I may be ahead of or behind schedule the day of our appointment. I utilize text message to keep clients informed of my current arrival times and when sedation may be administered by the owner. Thank you for helping with maintaining my schedule, by having horses caught and ready for arrival.
